R&D platform of  soft magnetic alloy specific for motor

The service on the developing new type soft magnetic alloy, including high-performance amorphous alloy, nanocrystalline alloy, amorphous powder and high silicon steel is supplied in the center.

The performance of soft magnetic materials, including the comprehensive evaluation of AC and DC magnetization characteristics (permeability, coercivity, loss, etc.) of silicon steel sheet, ferrite, amorphous, nanocrystalline alloy and other soft magnetic materials is also evaluated in the center.

R&D platform of amorphous alloy motor

On the platform, the sevice on the cold processing of amorphous strip, magnetic field heat treatment, resin casting, high precision cutting, etc., to made amorphous alloy motors is provided. It also supply the technical service on the developing a radial, or axial, or linear and other structures of amorphous motor stator core.

The platform also support the electromagnetic simulation, mechanical design, test and evaluation of motor core. It is helpful to develop a high-frequency and high-speed amorphous alloy motors which could be applied in the new energy vehicle drive motor, intelligent manufacturing servo motor, and high-speed spindle motor, etc.
